50% refund of registration fee for cancellation made before 10 October 2018.

30% refund of registration fee for cancellation made before 17 October 2018.

For any reasons, no refund of registration fee for cancellation made after 17 October 2018.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to MAEMHS ASM 2018 Secretariat , maemhs.asm.2018@gmail.com at least 4 weeks prior to the event taking place.
